A one-car crash on Route 4 early Saturday killed a 19-year-old woman, who was ejected from the vehicle which then landed on top of her, State Police in South Glens Falls reported.
The driver of the vehicle, who suffered minor injuries, was cited on drug and alcohol charges.
State Police identified the victim as Tammy Lynn Ball of Gailor Lane, Saratoga Springs. Authorities said she was a passenger in a car driven by Brian A. Bussing, 21, of Schuylerville.
