Seminary professor slams pro-lifers as `dissidents'. (Church Notes).('A History of Canadian Catholics')(Book Review)

TORONTO -- Terence J. Fay, a professor at St. Augustine's Seminary in Toronto, has written a new book, A History of Canadian Catholics, in which he denounces the pro-life movements as a centre for Catholic "dissenters." In a review of Fay's book, interim editor of Paul Tuns reveals an author with a great animosity towards the pro-life movement.

In a section entitled "Dissent to the Right and to the Left," Fay writes: "Catholic dissenters from the right are centered in Opus Dei, Comunione e Liberazione, Focolare and the pro-life movement."
